Bring accounts, assets and liabilities into one organized dashboard.
Track investment accounts and retirement savings alongside household wealth.
See home equity and mortgage balances; Pro editions add rental detail.
Pro adds dated snapshots, trends and comparisons, so you can see how your financial picture changes over time.
Pro adds supported screenshot reading, CSV/Excel import and batch updates. Always review recognized figures before saving.
Export your records and keep recoverable backups. Pro adds privacy-level choices for AI-ready exports and prompts tailored to different financial questions.
The numbers tell only part of the story. Keep the context, records and decisions behind them — and make that information useful when you need it.
Keep family records together — such as signed wills, tax documents, insurance policies and property paperwork — in the private Document Vault of your own cloud setup. Local Pro keeps text notes, but Local editions do not include file uploads or a Document Vault.
Preserve financial context, planning notes and household information alongside your numbers, so you do not have to reconstruct the story later.
Choose a data-sharing/privacy level for your export, then use question-specific AI-ready prompts for topics such as retirement, investment performance, cash flow or taxes. Different questions can use different relevant financial data. Review every export before sharing; Roofmere never automatically sends your data to an AI service.
Keep dated snapshots and explore changes over time instead of relying only on today's balances. Available in Pro editions.
Bring in supported spreadsheets, CSV files or account screenshots and update multiple records with less repetitive typing. Pro feature; verify imported amounts.
Download and restore your household data. Backups are available across editions; in Local, they are especially important because each browser stores its own records.

Your financial records are stored locally on your device, not in a Roofmere-operated financial database. No bank connection, cloud account or financial-data upload is required for Local. You control what you export and share. Each browser is independent, so your phone and laptop do not sync automatically.
Your responsibility: download backups regularly. Clearing browser data, changing devices, or storage cleanup can remove local records. Offline use is a planned capability, not yet a verified launch promise.
Set up Roofmere using your own hosting and database accounts. You control your deployed site, can inspect your database, and can invite authorized family members to use the same household dashboard across devices.
If you are comfortable with code, you can customize the frontend, backend functions and database schema included in your deployment. You also take responsibility for setup, access security, hosting costs, updates and backups.
See where your financial records live and how Roofmere works. Local runs in your browser; Private Cloud runs with your own Netlify and Supabase accounts.
Local Free / Local Pro: financial records stay in the current browser’s IndexedDB. Keep manual backups; browsers and devices do not sync automatically. Neither Local edition includes a file Vault.
Private Cloud: your Netlify Functions handle authorized requests, while your Supabase project stores financial records and private documents. Authorized family members access the same household data across devices.
Local Pro licensing, the 14-day trial and installable offline use remain planned. AI-ready Export prepares data and prompts that you choose to share with an external AI.
The planned public Local experience runs in one browser without creating Supabase or Netlify accounts.
Once released, opt in to a 14-day Pro trial or activate a paid license on the same site, without moving your data to a second website.
Buy the self-hosted template and follow the setup guide to configure your own Netlify and Supabase projects.
No. The planned Local release uses one website and the same browser data. Pro trial and license unlock additional features without transferring your records to another site.
A 14-day, no-credit-card, opt-in Local Pro trial is planned but not available yet. At the end, advanced features lock and the Free edition continues; your financial records remain available for viewing, manual updates and export.
No. Each browser has its own data. Use backups to move data between devices. Private Cloud is intended for shared household access and syncing.
No automatic AI upload is required. AI-ready export prepares information that you choose whether, where and how to share with an AI assistant. Review exported content before sharing sensitive information.
Private Cloud includes file storage in your own configured cloud. Local Free and Local Pro do not include file uploads; Local Pro keeps text notes, and both export backups.
No bank connection is required. You enter and review financial information yourself.
The planned paid editions use one-time purchases. The existing self-hosted beta has its own current checkout terms; third-party hosting may have separate charges.
No. The current Gumroad product is the existing self-hosted beta. Local Free, Local Pro and its trial/license are still in development.
No. Roofmere is an organization and planning tool, not personalized financial or legal advice.
